ABOUT
Hello and welcome! My name is Vanessa and I'm a photographer based out of Victoria, BC. I grew up just outside of Toronto and fell in love with photography during my high school film photography class. The darkroom was the place to be and it was a respectable thing to do at that time. I love the art of photography, both as a means of observing the world, and documenting experiences and emotions. I used to experiment with creative self-portraits but started gravitating towards taking portraits of my dancer and teacher friends. I love dancing, dogs, music, and star trek. I currently work for a vacation and family photography company, where I am a customer service representative within the photography operations team. I can't wait to meet you!

I'm a very engaged photographer that will fix your hair and watch for bra straps if needed. With +5 years of experience working in administration services and customer service, I am very comfortable serving my clients.Also did I mention that I'm a dance teacher?! I am very experienced when it comes to guiding and posing people, all nerves aside!
